Processing Time -
All orders are processed within three business days. Items that are heat sensitive will be shipped on Mondays with an ice pack to prevent melting. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in processing times.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates -
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. Delivery estimates will be provided based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Please note that these estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Damages -
Stacy Kate is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns and Exchanges - 7 Day Guarantee
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused and in the original packaging.
The 7-day period starts from the date of delivery or purchase, depending on the nature of the transaction.
Certain products, such as perishable or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Process for Returns and Exchanges -
Please contact me within the 7 day period if you wish to initiate a return or exchange.
Provide necessary details such as order number, reason you are requesting a return or exchange and/or any relevant photos to help me understand the issue.
Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant, please mention the details in your correspondence and we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
